Saba news agency said on Monday that the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council put the Emirati ambassador in front of national developments, most notably the economic and humanitarian conditions, which were exacerbated by the attacks of the terrorist Houthi militias supported by the Iranian regime on oil installations and international shipping lines. 

President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, received today, Monday, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Yemen, Mohammed Hamad Al-Zaabi.

The meeting touched on bilateral relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, and the promising prospects for strengthening them in various fields.

The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council praised the distinguished bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and peoples, and the active role of the United Arab Emirates within the coalition to support legitimacy, as well as its economic, humanitarian and development interventions to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people and achieve their aspirations to restore state institutions, stability, development and peace. .

During the meeting, the Emirati ambassador conveyed to the President and his fellow Council members the greetings of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, and his wishes for good health and happiness for him and for the Yemeni people, security, stability, and peace.

In turn, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Ambassador Al Zaabi, conveyed his greetings and the members of the Council to the Emirati leadership, and to the brotherly Emirati people, all progress and prosperity under his wise leadership.
