The Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Qasim Bahibah, the Minister of Civil Service and Insurance, Dr. Abdel Nasser Al-Wali, and the Secretary-General of the Local Council of Aden Governorate, Badr Maoun, today, Saturday, laid the foundation stone for the projects of the development plan for the Republic Hospital Authority.

During the occasion, the ministers and the representative of the local council were briefed on the details and components of the development plan from the head of the Republic Hospital Authority, Dr. Muhammad Al-Saqqaf. This plan includes building a new wall, rehabilitating the emergency and accident center, renovating the outpatient clinics building, building a second floor, in addition to rehabilitating and restoring the administration building, paving the lines and corridors within the hospital campus, planting the central islands and public squares, and providing all infrastructure services.

The Minister of Health explained that the launch of these development projects comes within the framework of the government and the Ministry of Health’s plan to improve and advance health sector services, stressing the necessity of completing the projects according to the specified timetable and according to the approved specifications.
