The Supreme Judicial Council held its regular meeting today in the capital, Aden, headed by His Eminence Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, President of the Council.
The Council decided to fill the vacancies in some of the appeal divisions and some of the courts of first instance in Taiz Governorate, as follows:
Judge Maher Abdullah Saif Muhammad Al-Sufyani, member of the Second Criminal Division.
Judge/ Durrat Abdullah Muhammad Haider, member of the Personal Division.
Judge Abdel Nasser Yassin Bishr Qahtan, President of the Condolence Court of First Instance.
Judge/ Safaa Abdulaziz Saif Youssef, President of the Juvenile Court of First Instance.
Judge/ Munir Abdullah Ahmed Rajeh, judge at the West Taiz Court of First Instance.
Judge Mansour Taha Ahmed Saleh, judge at the West Taiz Court of First Instance.
Judge Fadl Jamil Muhammad Al-Kamali, judge at the Juvenile Court of First Instance.
The Council decided to assign and transfer a number of judges to the Public Prosecution, as follows:
First: Judge Saif Ghaleb Yahya Al-Shabhi was appointed as a member of the Appeals Prosecution for the Fourth Military District.
Assigned by Judge/ Tawfiq Abdullah Qasim Al-Mukar as Deputy Prosecutor of the Al-Hadd Primary Prosecution, M. Lahj
The Council also decided to transfer a number of judges in the Hadhramaut Governorate Prosecution Office, as follows:
Judge/ Muhammad Ali Hussein Al-Khalaqi, Deputy Prosecutor of Al-Rayda and Qusayar.
Judge/Mohammed Saleh Salem Al-Amoudi, Deputy Prosecutor of the Traffic Prosecution in Mukalla.
Judge/ Osama Abdel Rahman Omar Ba Masoud, member of the Public Funds Prosecution of First Instance.
Judge/ Awad Obaid Faraj Waked, member of the Al-Shahr Primary Prosecution.
Judge Omar Muhammad Salem Bafadl, member of the Al-Shahr Primary Prosecution.
Judge Abdullah Abdulrahman Abdullah Al-Amari, member of the Al-Deis Prosecution of First Instance.
The Council considered a number of grievances submitted by some judges and took appropriate solutions regarding them.
The Council discussed a number of topics on its agenda, and approved its previous minutes.
