The Central Bank calls on the Presidential Council and the government to urgently address the files of salaries and services

The Central Bank of Aden, the Presidential Leadership Council and the government called for urgent action to address the files of salaries and services that caused confusion in its work.
This came during the conclusion of the meetings of its tenth session yesterday, Thursday, via video call, headed by the Bank’s Governor and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ahmed Ghaleb, in which he discussed developments in the financial and monetary fields and the indicators associated with them and expectations for the performance of those indicators in the foreseeable future in light of the unfavorable data that it is experiencing. The Council discussed several options to deal with these developments, and in this regard, it assigned the Executive Administration to communicate with the Presidential Leadership Council and the government and inform them of these developments due to the importance of their urgent action to address the existing bottlenecks in order to avoid their negative effects on living stability and social peace, and at the forefront are the bottlenecks in the files of salaries and services and the disruptions that arise.
