This morning, the Ma’rib Governorate Appeals Prosecution Office implemented the legal retaliation ruling against the convicted convict, Abdullah Saleh Ali Hussein Al-Shahaqi, by firing squad to death, for the premeditated killing of the victim, Adel Hussein Zaid Taqi.

The death sentence was executed in accordance with the initial, appellate and supreme rulings approved by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council. After completing those procedures, the Attorney General of the Republic, Judge Qaher Mustafa Ali, directed that the implementation procedures be completed, in compliance with the Almighty’s saying: (And for you there is life in retaliation, O you of understanding. May you be righteous).

The ruling of legal retaliation was implemented after an attempt was made to convince and encourage the blood relatives to grant absolute pardon or the condition of blood money, and their refusal to do so.
