The Houthi militia acknowledged the loss of 31 of its members, most of them officers, during last November.
A recent statistic published by the “Yemen Future” media platform stated that 31 Houthi fighters were killed in confrontations with government forces during the period from 1 to 30 November 2024.
According to what was published by the Houthi news agency, the group held funerals for the bodies of these fighters in the capital, Sanaa, and Hajjah governorate, without specifying the place and time of their killing.
According to statistics, the Houthi deaths last November represented a 6% decrease compared to the previous month (October), which witnessed the fall of 33 fighters for the group.
The statistics showed that 94% of the group’s dead last month were field commanders and held high military ranks, including an officer with the rank of brigadier general, another with the rank of lieutenant colonel, 6 with the rank of major, 3 with the rank of captain, 13 with the rank of lieutenant, 5 assistants, and two individuals without ranks. .
This brings the group's total deaths during the past eleven months to 539 fighters, including 494 who fell in direct confrontations with government forces and their allies, while 45 others died in air strikes carried out by American and British forces as part of the "Guardian of Prosperity" coalition operations
