The Houthi militia claims to attack a "vital target" in Israel in conjunction with an Iraqi militia

The Houthi militia in Yemen announced today (Sunday) carrying out an attack on a “vital target” in Israel in cooperation with the “Iraqi resistance.”
The military spokesman for the Houthis, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, said in a televised statement broadcast on Al-Masirah TV, the group’s mouthpiece, that “the armed forces (the group’s forces) carried out a military operation in conjunction with the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, targeting a vital target in southern occupied Palestine.”
He added that the operation was carried out with a number of drones and “achieved its objectives.”
Sarie did not clarify the nature of the target that was attacked.
He pointed out that “the group’s forces, along with the Iraqi resistance, continue to respond to the crimes of the Israeli enemy against our brothers in the Gaza Strip,” stressing that these operations “will not stop unless the aggression is stopped and the siege on the Gaza Strip is lifted.”
On the other hand, the Israeli army announced the interception of a missile launched from Yemen.
The army spokesman for the Arab media, Avichai Adraee, said in a statement on the (X) platform that “the Air Force intercepted a missile launched from Yemen, and the interception took place before it penetrated Israeli airspace.”
Adraee added, “According to the followed policy, no warnings were activated.”
For more than a year, the Houthis have been launching attacks towards Israel, and in the Red Sea and the Bab al-Mandab Strait, against ships that the group says are Israeli or heading to Israel against the backdrop of the war in the Gaza Strip.
The Houthis announced more than once the implementation of joint operations with the "Iraqi Resistance" against Israeli targets
