A writer and military analyst called on the southerners to sit down with themselves, after liberating them from regionalism, dependency, and the glorification of people at the expense of their country and their rights.
Brigadier General Khaled Al-Nasi said in his post on the “X” platform, that the people of the south will not be defeated by the coalition, the transitional council, or the presidential council, if they do not defeat themselves.
He added: “Southerners need to sit down with themselves and talk transparently about the situation they have reached, with its positives and negatives, after they free themselves from regionalism, dependency, and the glorification of people at the expense of their right to regain their homeland and their rights.”
Al-Nasi continued by saying: “It is the people of the south who are suffering, and if they do not win for themselves, the coalition, the transitional council, or the Al-Alimi Council will not win for them.”
He added: “The situation we have reached today, nine years after the liberation of Aden, indicates that we are moving in the wrong direction and requires all of us to stand up to review the calculations and correct the direction.”
