With an official invitation addressed to him from the head of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Commission, Judge Afrah Badwilan, the head of the National Correction and Construction Movement, Bassem Fadl Al-Shabi, visited the Commission’s headquarters in the Khormaksar District, the capital, Aden, on Monday morning, and met there with His Eminence Judge Adel Muqbil Al-Sami’i, President The Commission’s Investigation and Investigation Department, after extensive discussion about the complaint submitted by the Correction Movement to the Attorney General of the Republic, Judge Qaher Mustafa, in mid-November, regarding the financial accounts of state institutions, and a number From the liberated governorates, and exchange companies and private banks were opened in violation of the law, which is the complaint supported by documents, which the Public Prosecutor referred to the Corruption Commission to investigate, and to submit a report thereon, a report was opened to record an official report before the Commission.
In the meeting, the head of the Correction Movement wrote an official report, and in an official record, before the competent department in the Commission, about the aforementioned case, and answered a number of questions related to the case, calling on the Corruption Commission to move through official frameworks, to investigate the issue under complaint, and file Its report to the Attorney General as soon as possible.
Judge Adel Al-Sami, head of the Investigation Department at the Corruption Commission, said that the Commission will do its job in following up the case with the competent authorities, and that it will work with all credibility, transparency and effort to close these accounts and address this file completely, hoping for cooperation.
