Israel threatens the Houthis: You must wait!

Israeli media reported that Israel will respond to Houthi attacks in Yemen in the coming weeks, after Israeli Finance Minister and member of the security cabinet Bezalel Smotrich announced his intention to punish the group.
Smotrich said, in his statements today, that the Houthis are “the only arm in the Iranian axis that has not tested the weight of our arm,” adding: “I suggest everyone to wait.”
The Israeli army had announced earlier today that it had intercepted a missile launched from Yemen before it entered Israeli territory. The Magen David Adom Ambulance Service also confirmed that no injuries were recorded as a result of this interception.
Israel, which has faced several Houthi attacks on its territory in recent months, has previously responded with strikes against facilities in Yemen, including strikes in the Red Sea.
These statements come at a sensitive time, as Houthi attacks on maritime shipping lines in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden continued, leading to disruption of maritime transport
