The Houthi militia in Yemen announced, on Monday, the launch of a batch of drones towards Israel.
The Houthi militias said, in a statement, that they “launched a batch of drones during the past hours at various sensitive targets in Israeli territory,” according to their claim.
The statement claimed that the drones that were launched caused “the cessation of movement at the targeted bases and airports for several hours,” they said.
Despite the limited impact of the Houthi strikes, the Houthi militia confirmed that it “continues to carry out more military and qualitative operations in support of the Palestinian people.”
For the fourth time, the Houthi militias launched “their drones and ballistic missiles towards Israel from its coast in the southern Red Sea as a distant confrontation arena located at the utmost level of Israel’s intelligence capabilities,” according to observers.
The Houthi attacks place Yemen on the international map-drawing table, considering the militias a member of the so-called “Axis of Resistance,” and this was confirmed by an Israeli official, who said, “Houthi attacks cannot be tolerated without providing details about the Israeli response.”
Yemeni observers believe that the Houthi attacks on Israel come within the framework of the policy of recklessness and adventures practiced by Iran’s tools and arms in the region, or what is known as the “axis of resistance,” which will drag Yemen into a dangerous slide and the most violent war.
