Judicial amendments: Appointment of new members to the Supreme Court

Today, Decision No. (327) of 2024 was issued by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, the first article of which stipulated the appointment of the following judges as members of the Supreme Court:
Judge Muhammad Faraj Salem Sabti.
Judge Ahmed Saeed Khamis bin Urwa.
Judge Fadl Abdullah Ali Muqbel.
Judge Jalal Obaid Muhammad Al-Marfadi.
Judge Muhammad Qayed Salem Muhammad Humaidan.
The second article of the decision stipulated that it be effective from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.
