1) Recruitment outside the framework of the security and defense institutions is categorically rejected and will not be allowed.

2) All officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers discharged outside their military and security units must immediately return to their units, and the necessary measures will be taken against those who fail to join their units, and the Commander of the Second Military Region and the Director General of Security and Police must take measures against violators.

3) Any requests for recruitment must only be made in accordance with the Constitution and the law and through the official institutions of the state, and nothing else will be allowed.

4) The leadership of the Second Military Region and the Security and Police Command will not allow any party to replace them or impersonate them, and consider the security of Hadramaut their responsibility.
