The Houthi group mourns 3 of its fighters in confrontations with government forces

The Houthi group held a funeral today, Saturday, in Sanaa, for three of its fighters who held military ranks, who were killed in battles with government forces.
The Houthi version of Saba Agency said today, Saturday, that the bodies of three of the group’s members were held in Sanaa, in the presence of a number of military leaders.
One of the soldiers who was buried in Sanaa held a high military rank. One of them held the rank of brigadier general, while the second held the rank of first lieutenant and the third held the rank of assistant. The group did not mention the place and time of the killing of its members, only saying that they were killed on the "fronts of pride and dignity," in reference to the confrontations with the forces of the internationally recognized Yemeni government.
Last Wednesday, the Houthi group carried out the funeral of one of its fighters in Al-Bayda Governorate in the center of the country, according to what was published by Saba Agency in its Houthi version. The number of those killed in the group whose deaths were announced since the beginning of this month has risen to 4 fighters.
During the past year, the Houthi group announced the killing of 549 of its members in confrontations with government forces, the majority of whom held military ranks.
The group’s announcement of the funeral of its members comes despite the truce declared in April 2022 under UN auspices.
