Al-Alimi appoints Noman as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs

Today, Decision No. (25) of the year 2025 was issued by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, the first article of which stipulated the appointment of Brother Mustafa Ahmed Mohamed Noman as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs.
Article Two of this decision stipulates that it will be effective from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.
