The Houthis reveal a new deal regarding the exchange of prisoners

The Houthi militia announced an offer it had made to the legitimate government regarding a deal to exchange prisoners and abductees, after forming a local mediation committee.
The so-called head of the Prisoners’ Affairs Committee, affiliated with the Houthi militias, Abdul Qadir Al-Murtada, said in a post on the (X) platform: “A week ago, we allowed a group of local mediators to visit our prisoner prison and see the conditions of the prisoners inside it.”
He added: “On the other hand, the Islah Party in Ma’rib refused to allow them to have a similar visit to our prisoners in its prisons!!”... wondering: “What does their repeated refusal to visit their prisons indicate..?!”.
The Houthi militia is seeking information about its captive fighters who fell into the hands of the National Army forces in Marib, but at the same time it refuses to disclose the fate of the politician Muhammad Qahtan, whom it kidnapped from his home in 2015.
