The North Aden Appeals Prosecution Office executed this morning in the courtyard of the Mansoura Central Prison, Aden Governorate, the death sentence by firing squad against the convict, Sabri Muhammad Ayyash, for deliberately and aggressively killing the victim, Jalal Mubarak Haidara.

The death sentence was implemented based on the ruling issued by the Sheikh Othman Court of First Instance on Jumada 11, 1425 AH, corresponding to July 14, 2004 AD, in Case No. 208 of 2003 AD, J.J., Mansoura Prosecution of First Instance, and on the ruling issued by the Aden Court of Appeal on 28 Rajab 1427 AH, corresponding to 8/2006. /22 AD in support of the initial ruling and the decision The final decision issued by the Supreme Court, Criminal Circuit, on Rajab 1, 1444 AH, corresponding to January 23, approving the appellate ruling supported by the initial ruling and the report of His Excellency the Public Prosecutor for the year 2023 AD issued on 11/12/2023 AD and approved by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council on 12/2/2024 AD.< /p>

After completing these procedures, the Public Prosecutor, Judge Qaher Mustafa Ali, directed that the implementation procedures be completed, and after the operative part of the ruling and the implementation document were read by a member of the Mansoura Prosecution, Judge Amr Al-Abdali, the death sentence was executed under the supervision and presence of the Chief Prosecutor of the Appeals Prosecution of North Aden Governorate, Judge Yahya Nasser. Al-Shuaibi, in the presence of the Deputy Prosecutor of Mansoura Primary School, Judge Saleh Jarz, the Deputy Prosecutor of the Central Prison, Judge Nasser Modhesh, the blood relatives of the victim, a number of security personnel, and a crowd of Citizens.  

The execution of the ruling came as a result of the efforts made by His Excellency the Public Prosecutor, Judge Qaher Mustafa Ali, in his keenness to speed up the procedures by ratifying him before His Excellency the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, which completed the death penalty for the guardians of blood by firing squad until death as a punishment from the convict in compliance with the Almighty’s saying: (And to you There is life in retaliation, my friend hearts that you may become righteous).
