The company reported that the Mansoura station, which was contributing significantly to covering the city's electricity needs, was completely out of service, which exacerbated the crisis that the city has been suffering from for some time.

- Diesel stations: completely out of service.
- Diesel stations: completely out of service.
- Solar energy: It enters service during the day only, with its capacity ranging from 65 to 85 megawatts, depending on the weather condition and the extent of the presence of clouds.
According to the update, the total power currently available in the city does not exceed 65 megawatts, while the actual need reaches 400 megawatts, which means there is a large deficit in electrical coverage.
