The Yemeni government demands the international agencies to transfer its headquarters to the capital, Aden

The Yemeni government called on UN agencies to move their headquarters to the capital, Aden, in southern Yemen, according to Yemeni media.
The Yemeni government condemned the Houthi arrest campaign against UN employees.
The head of the Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad Al-Alimi, welcomed the decision of US President Donald Trump to reclassify the Houthi militia as a “foreign terrorist organization.”
He stressed the government's commitment to cooperate with the US administration and the international community to implement the classification decision, and to provide the necessary guarantees for the flow of humanitarian aid without any obstacles.
He considered that the Yemenis, who were subjected to various violations by the militia, waited for justice and the punishment of Houthi criminality with the terrorist designation decision, as an entry point to bringing peace and stability to Yemen and the region.
He called for supporting the Yemeni government, and not to procrastinate in implementing international legitimacy resolutions, especially Resolution 2216.
The Yemeni government welcomed the decision of the United States of America to classify the Houthi militia as a “foreign terrorist organization,” considering this an important step in confronting the militia that threatens regional and international security.
The Yemeni Minister of Information said in statements published on the Iran.
The Minister urged the international community, including the United Kingdom and the European Union, to take similar steps and classify the Houthis as a “global terrorist organization,” in addition to intensifying efforts to dry up its financial, military, and media sources in order to ensure the protection of international security and stability.
