Al -Alimi's meeting with the European Union mission ... the importance of the terrorist classification of the Houthis

Dr. Rashad Mohamed Al -Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Command Council, received today, Tuesday, the head of the European Union Mission to Yemen, Gabriel Monira Venalis, the ambassadors of Germany, France, and the list of the Dutch embassy.
At the meeting, the President of the Presidential Command Council put European ambassadors in front of the developments of the national scene, European interventions required to support the Yemeni economy, and to alleviate the humanitarian suffering that was exacerbated by the Houthi terrorist attacks on oil installations, and marine shipping ships.
The meeting touched on the decision of the American administration to re -classify the Houthi militias, a foreign terrorist organization, the importance of joining the countries of the international community with such punitive measures as a peaceful option to dry up the sources of financing and arm of the militias, and implement the relevant international legitimacy decisions, especially Resolution 2216.
Al -Alimi renewed the reassurance of the humanitarian community to take all the coordinated measures with the international community to direct the requirements of the terrorist classification towards its main goals without harming weak social groups, food imports and life -saving merits of life.
He called for the inspiration of lessons from disappointing experiences in dealing with the Houthi militias, and not to rely on its misleading attempts on its destabilizing terrorist faith for the stability of Yemen, and international security and peace.
The meeting was attended by Director of the Presidency of the Republic, Dr. Yahya Al -Shuaibi.
