The Court of Appeal in Taiz Governorate, southwest of the country, issued a death sentence of killing a child in front of his mother, about two years ago, in the city center. 

In the details, the first criminal division of the Taiz Governorate Appeals Court supported during a session held on Monday, the ruling issued by the West Taiz Primary Court, and the execution of the convict Muhammad Abdel -Azim Al -Sharabi, with a shot to death.

The court affirmed its support for the primary ruling with all its paragraphs, which condemned the accused, Mohamed Abdel -Azim Al -Sharabi, of the crime of intentional murder, attributed to him in the decision to accuse the Public Prosecution, against the victim, the child Ghaleb Muhammad Ghaleb Al -Hatami. 

The murder of the child, Ghaleb Al -Hatimi, in August 2023, sparked public opinion at the time, after the perpetrator killed the child in front of his mother in front of their house in the old airport neighborhood in Taiz, due to differences with his family.
