The Sayun Appeals Prosecution carried out this morning in the Square of the Reform and Rehabilitation Department in the valley and the desert, the death sentence was brought up by the guilty of the convict Hassan Muhammad Abdullah bin Salim, after being convicted of the murder of the victim, Rayan Abdullah Abboud bin Salim, intentionally and aggressively.

The implementation ceremony took place in the presence of a number of security officials, blood parents, and a group of citizens.

The implementation of the ruling came based on the decision of the Tarim Court of First Instance (9) for the year 1442 AH, issued on 7 Jumada al -Akhera 1442 AH, corresponding to January 20, 2021AD, and supporting from the Big Resolution Division No. (72) for the year 1443 AH, issued on February 15, 2021 AD, and the certificate It is from the Supreme Court No. 12/120 dated 12 Dhu al -Qi'dah 1445 AH, corresponding to May 20, 2025 AD.

The ruling was also approved by His Excellency the President of the Presidential Command Council on February 12, 2024 AD, and under the direction of the Attorney General Judge Qaher Mustafa, and the direct supervision of the President of the Prosecutor of Sayyun, Judge Fouad Lahidi.

During the implementation, Judge Fouad assured my satisfaction that this procedure comes in implementation of the principle of justice and retribution in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia, citing the noble verse:

He also pointed out that the Public Prosecution in Sayyun had directed its primary prosecution to follow up the implementation of retribution rulings as soon as there is no legal contraindications, in implementation of the directives of the Attorney General in this regard.
