The government renews its refusal to displace the Palestinian people

The government reaffirmed its firm and rejecting any practices aimed at displacing the Palestinian people from their lands under any justifications.
The government stressed that these practices constitute a violation of international law and the Charter of the United Nations, and it is inconsistent with the legitimate aspirations of the Palestinian people in establishing their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
This confirmation comes in light of the escalation of fears of plans to displace the Palestinians from their lands, especially in light of the ongoing war in Gaza.
The government called on the international community to assume its responsibilities to protect the Palestinian people and ensure their legitimate rights, foremost of which is its right to return and self -determination.
