Oil Minister: Yemen has 20 trillion cubic feet of liquefied gas

His Excellency the Minister of Oil and Minerals, Dr. Saeed Al -Shammasi, affirmed that our country has strategies in which it depends on the protection and development of export ports and oil production fields.
During its participation in the Egypt International Petroleum Conference and Exhibition, “Eins 2025”, the stock that our country owns from gas and estimated at about 20 trillion cubic feet, and the export infrastructure via the port of Balhaf dedicated to export of liquefied gas.
The Minister of Oil and Minerals indicated the damage to the oil sector through the departure of foreign companies, and the targeting of export ports by the Iranian -backed Houthi militia.
He also reviewed during his participation, what our country possesses a large stock of wealth in the field of mining, welcome to Arab and foreign companies wishing to invest in this important sector, and the facilities that the government of our country will provide in this field.
The conference ministers of oil and energy from 9 countries, including His Excellency the Minister of Oil and Minerals, Dosto Suleiman Al -Shammasi, and Engineer Karim Badawi, Minister of Petroleum and Egyptian Mineral Resources, along with ministers from Jordan, Cyprus, Nigeria, Lebanon, and Djibouti, in addition to presidents Executors of major international companies in the fields of energy and mining.
The minister was accompanied by the delegation of our country participating in the Ice 2025 conference, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil, the Chargé d'Affaires of Minerals, Youssef Ahmed Musaed, CEO of the Yemeni Gas Company Mohsen and Heit, Director General of Public and Foreign Relations Raed Younis, and Director General of Oil Media and Mandalian Aidroos Al -Khulaifi. p>
