The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center “Masam” project to clear Yemeni lands of mines was able, during the second week of November 2023, to remove 637 mines in various governorates planted by the terrorist Houthi militias.

The center explained in a press release that the removed mines varied between two anti-personnel mines, 117 anti-tank mines, and 518 unexploded ordnance, bringing the number of mines removed since the beginning of the “Masam” project to date to 421,469 mines planted by a militia. The Houthi terrorist attack randomly in various governorates to claim more innocent victims, including children, women and the elderly.
