Saudi Arabia offers 4 million dollars to implement medical projects for heart disease and surgery in Hadramout

Saudi Arabia announced the provision of a new grant worth 4 million dollars to implement medical projects for heart diseases and surgery in Hadramout Governorate, in eastern Yemen.
The Saudi Press Agency "SPA" said on Friday that the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Action (KSRELIEF) signed a joint program with a civil society institution, to implement voluntary medical projects for cardiac diseases and surgeries (Saudi Arabia's third pulse) in the Mukalla district of Hadramout Governorate.
She added that the program, which was signed on Wednesday, on the sidelines of the fourth Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum, is worth more than 4 million dollars, and will benefit 2,450 people.
The agency indicated that the agreement comes within the framework of relief and humanitarian aid provided by the Kingdom to develop medical services in Yemen.
King Salman Center signed, last Tuesday, with the World Health Organization (WHO), two agreements with a total value of $ 14.1 million to enhance the response to cholera and the prevention of malaria in Yemen.
