Al -Alimi receives the draft rules regulating the work of the Council, the Consultation Authority and the Legal and Economic Teams

Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al -Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Command Council, today, Thursday, received from the legal team headed by Judge Hammoud Al -Hitar, the draft rules regulating the work of the Command Council, and the Consultation and Reconciliation Commission and the legal and economic teams, according to Article Three of the Declaration of Authority.
Article Three provides for the announcement of the transfer of authority to form a legal team of national competencies to formulate the draft rules regulating the work of the Presidential Command Council, the Consultation and Reconciliation Authority and the legal, and economic teams, formed under the announcement, and submitting it to the Chairman of the Command Council for its approval and issuing a law.
During the meeting, the president of the Presidential Command Council listened to the head of the legal team, a detailed explanation about the content of the draft of 59 articles distributed at six chapters, in which the team embodied its professionalism, its high national responsibility, its deep awareness of the exceptional circumstances and the benefits of the transitional phase, according to the pledges of the Presidential Command Council supported by the regional and international societies.
Al -Alimi was also briefed on the team's legal plans and future activities as a legal legal body to fulfill the obligations of the state leadership in the fields related to the specializations and tasks of the team.
Al -Alimi praised the efforts made by the president and members of the legal team, to come up with the draft draft that, after completing its approval procedures, would represent an important legislative reference to move forward in achieving the aspirations and hopes of the Yemeni people in enforcing the rule of law and strengthening the unity of political components against the Imami project supported by the Iranian regime.
