International immigration confirms the decline in cases of internal displacement during the past half

The International Immigration Organization confirmed the decline in displacement cases during the past half of this year.
She said in her report, that she had monitored 20 families consisting of 120 people, who were displaced at least once, during the period between March 30 and April 5, 2025.
The report added that the cases of internal displacement recorded last week represented a 50% decrease from the previous week; The period between March 23 and 29, in which 40 families (240 people) were displaced.
Al -Dhouh Ferry (DTM) of the Immigration Organization explained that the new displacement cases were limited to three governorates, issued by Marib with 16 families (most of them from Taiz and Hodeidah), followed by Hodeidah, which recorded 3 displaced families (all internal), while Taiz received one family presented to it from Sanaa.
The report indicated that 60% of the total displacement during the last week; And with 12 families were displaced due to safety and security concerns, while 8 families were displaced and 40% due to the economic factors related to the conflict.
Al -Dhouh matrix reported that 30% of the new displaced families need shelter services, 20% for food, while 45% of them lack financial support, and 5% for non -food items.
She added that she identified two displaced additional families in Al -Dhalea Governorate, which was not covered by the week’s report before last, “These numbers were added to the total cumulative displacement registered since the beginning of the year.”
It was revealed that the total cases of internal displacement in Yemen reached 527 families consisting of 3,162 people, during the period between January 1 and April 5, 2025.
