Al -Houthi and the terrorists of the Horn of Africa .. The presidential warns of a "early alliance"

President of the Presidential Command Council in Yemen, Rashad Al -Alimi, warns of an alliance between Houthi and terrorist organizations in the Horn of Africa.
Al -Alimi pointed to the repercussions of this alliance on international peace and security.
This came, during the reception of the President of the Presidential Command Council, today, Tuesday, the European Parliament delegation chaired by the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee in Parliament, David McCalester, according to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba).
The agency stated that Al -Alimi warned of “the early inclusion between the Houthi militias and terrorist organizations in the Horn of Africa, and the implications of this on international peace and security.”
He emphasized that «the restoration of security in the Red Sea region starts from its southern coasts, which requires an integrated arrangements on the banks of Bab al -Mandab».
Al -Alimi stressed, “The importance of exerting the maximum pressure against Iran and its sabotage arms in the region, and strategic investment in changing the balance of power on the land in support of the member state of the United Nations.”
He affirmed, “The internationally recognized presidential council and government were keen to develop the strategic partnership with the international community on all axes in order to create a common deterrent equation against the Houthi terrorist behavior, and to force it to recognize the will of the Yemeni people, and international legitimacy, peace or war.”
Al -Alimi ruled out, “The existence of any intention for Tehran to change its sabotage behavior, as it works in the long term to achieve its expansion goals in the region.”
He considered that «any response by Iran to calm down and engage in negotiations and dialogues on its nuclear program is only a deceptive tactics to maintain its sources of power, and return to the exercise of its hostile approach.

Al -Alimi renewed the assertion that the Yemeni arena is the “primary test of testing intentions and the behavior of the Iranian regime, and that ending the Houthi terrorist threat will not take place unless it is subjected to a strategic defeat that stripped it of the resources of its strength: money, land and weapons.”
He pointed to the importance of “investing at the current moment and mobilizing all resources to support the Yemeni government to extend its full control over its national soil.”
Al -Alimi had welcomed the European delegation, put it in front of developments on the national scene, and in the forefront the international measures required to deal with the continued threats of the Houthi militia for international security and peace.
Also presented in the meeting the vision of the Presidential Council and the government “the fruitful work with the international community to end terrorist threats, starting with the redefinition of the Houthi group as a permanent threat to regional and global security”
