Its meeting in Aden .. The Judicial Council takes measures on the rights of judges and approves organizational decisions

The Supreme Judicial Council held its periodic meeting, today, in the capital, Aden, headed by the President of the Council, Judge Mohsen Talib, to stand before the requirements of the judiciary regarding the annual bonuses and the rights of judges, according to the directives of the Presidential Command Council after meeting with the Supreme Judicial Council, and the council took the measures in accordance with the law.
The Council approved, Judge Mona Saleh Muhammad Abdo, head of the Women and Children Division at the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and the judge Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed Sheikh, transferred a member of the Coordination and Follow -up Division at the Office of the Public Prosecutor, and Judge Kholoud Muhammad Hussein Ahmed, a member of the Coordination and Follow -up Division at the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The council also approved the assignment of both Judge Muhammad Abdullah Saleh Dwehan to do the work as an undersecretary of the Specialized Criminal Prosecution in Shabwa Governorate in addition to his work, and Judge Fikri Salem Abu Bakr Al -Duwailah to do the work as an agent of the specialized elementary prosecution in Al -Mahra Governorate in addition to his work, and the judge, Wasim Abdullah Ahmed Al -Somali, to work in the Al -Wasid Court in the Abyan Governorate in addition to his work. Ali Saleh as a member of the Public Funds Prosecution in Abyan Governorate, Judge Taha Abdel Hamid Muhammad Farhan transferred a member of the specialized primary prosecution in Ma'rib Governorate, and Judge Abu Bakr Ali Salloum Al -Qamiri transferred a member of the Al -Ghaydah Prosecution Prosecution, and Judge Marwan Muhammad Muthanna was a member of the Elementary Shipping Prosecution in Al -Mahra Governorate.
The Council agreed to refer one of the judges to retirement at its request, as the council looked at a number of grievances and took the appropriate treatments and decisions.
The council had seen its previous minutes and approved it.
