- After reviewing the constitution of the Republic of Yemen.

- And Law No. (3) of 2004 regarding the Council of Ministers.

- And on the initiative of the Gulf Cooperation Council and its executive mechanism signed on 11/23/2011.

- And on the Riyadh agreement signed on November 5, 2019.

- And on the announcement of the transfer of power, and the formation of the Presidential Command Council issued on April 7, 2022 AD.

And based on the decision of Presidential Command Council No. (8) dated May 1, 2025 AD.

Decide:

Article (1): Brother/ Salem Salem bin Brik is appointed as Prime Minister.

Article (2): The government members continue to perform their duties in accordance with their appointment decision.

Article (3): This decision works from the date of its issuance and is published in the Official Gazette.
