The Presidential Storm Forces Command confirmed that it had informed the coach of Al-Tilal Club of the necessity of bringing a list of the names of the players in accordance with routine procedures or issuing a notification from the Sheriff of Sira Directorate allowing them to enter, but the coach took the players and left the place before the entry notification arrived.
