The security belt forces in the capital, Aden, arrested one of the workers of the narcotic substances, in possession of a quantity of hashish, in the Khormakser district.

An operational source in the security belt forces explained that a checkpoint belonging to the Crater sector suspected a person while passing through a small transport bus, and during the implementation of the routine inspection procedures, he was found in possession of a quantity of hashish.

The source added that the accused is called (AA), and preliminary investigations indicate that he was taking drugs and promoting them among young people.

The source confirmed that the forces edited a preliminary seizure report, and the accused was transferred to the Legal Affairs Department at the headquarters of the Security Belt Forces in Aden, to complete the legal procedures in preparation for referring him to the Public Prosecution.

He pointed out that this process comes within the continuous efforts made by the security belt forces to combat the scourge of drugs and limit its spread, in order to preserve the safety and security of society.
