Place the Vice -President of the Presidential Command Council. And the leader of the national resistance and the head of its political office, Brigadier Tariq Saleh, today, Thursday, the cornerstone of the implementation of the third stage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed road aimed at breaking the siege on Taiz Governorate.

He also laid the foundation stone for the implementation of the international coastal road project (Al -Mokha - Al -Saqiya), in addition to the first stage of the victory road linking the governorates of Lahj and Al -Hodeidah, with funding from the sisterly United Arab Emirates.

During the inauguration ceremony, in the presence of the Governor of Taiz Nabil Shamsan, and the Governor of Al -Hodeidah Dr. Hassan Taher, Brigadier Tariq Saleh congratulated the Yemeni people on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Yemen, stressing that these projects represent an important step towards promoting local development, facilitating the movement of citizens, and improving infrastructure in the liberated areas.

Vice -President of the Presidential Command Council pointed out that these development efforts come in light of the Houthi militia's terrorist practices targeting infrastructure and capabilities of the Yemeni people, by importing Iranian weapons and directing them to destroy schools, mosques, roads, bridges and civilian homes.

In this context, Brigadier General Tariq Saleh revealed that the national resistance has recently been seized a shipment of Iranian combat tools containing more than 3 million delinquents and a 3600 -km bombing, stressing that this shipment comes within the continuous Iranian support of the Houthi militia that it uses to kill the Yemenis and destroy their homeland.

He added: "The Houthi project for the people of Hodeidah and Yemen in general is a project of death, destruction and booby -trapped, while our project is a development and life project." He referred to the daily crimes recorded by Houthi mines in various governorates, stressing that the militia pursues a retaliatory policy against the entire Yemeni people.

Brigadier Tariq Saleh emphasized that facing the Houthi militia is carried out with Venice and Development alike, adding: "We are fighting for life, and they are working to spread death."

He expressed his thanks and gratitude to the United Arab Emirates, leadership and people, for its generous support for development projects in Yemen, appreciating in particular the interest of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on these vital projects. He also thanked all those who contributed to the completion of these projects, including workers, local authorities, engineers and security men.

The inauguration of the Assistant Secretary -General of the Political Office was attended by Dr. Abdullah Abu Houriya, Director of the Governorate Transport Office, Aref Noman, Director of Public Works and Roads, Eng. Abdul Hakim Al -Shamiri, Director of the Branch of the Land Transport Authority Abdullah Al -Musannaf and a number of leaders of the Republic Guard Brigades and the Thami Giants Forces, as well as local and societal leaders, sheikhs and notables of the region.
