Violent explosions shake the dune in Hodeidah, amid reports of the bombing of Houthi missiles

Al -Khatib, near the port of Hodeidah on the western coast of Yemen, witnessed this evening, Saturday evening, violent explosions that shook the city under the control of the Houthi militia, amid a state of panic among the population.
Local sources reported that the explosions occurred in the vicinity of the naval base in the Al -Khatib area, and he heard their sound in separate parts of the city. The sources suggested that they are caused by the bombing of missile stores and weapons of the Houthi militia.
The militia did not issue until the moment the news was written by any official comment regarding the incident, which increases the ambiguity about the nature and causes of explosions, while the information about the occurrence of casualties is still unconfirmed.
This explosion comes just two days after a similar incident in the capital, Sana'a, resulted in dozens of civilian victims, including women and children, as a result of the explosion of an arms store in a residential neighborhood.
Weapons and missile storage accidents in residential neighborhoods raises escalating concerns among citizens, amid warnings that these practices constitute "time bombs" that threaten the lives of millions of Yemenis.
