An official in the transitional council regarding the UN envoy’s statement: It is nothing more than a response to the demands of the Houthi

Deputy Head of the Media Department of the Transitional Council, Mansour Saleh, described the recent announcement of the UN envoy about the Yemeni parties reaching agreement for a ceasefire in response to the demands of the Houthis.
Mansour Saleh wrote on Twitter: Everything that was mentioned in the UN envoy’s final statement for this year regarding the parties reaching understandings is nothing more than a response to the Houthi demands, such as salaries and easing restrictions on the port of Hodeidah and Sana’a airport.
He added: From the perspective of legitimacy, there is nothing worth celebrating, and no peace can be hoped for from incomplete understandings.
The UN envoy to Yemen, Hans, announced the agreement of the Yemeni parties (the Houthis and the government) to a ceasefire, the disbursement of salaries, and the opening of some roads to Hodeidah port and Sanaa airport.
