The White House said that the United States and 11 other countries issued a joint statement today, Wednesday, renewing the call for an end to the Houthi militia’s terrorist attacks in the Red Sea.

The statement issued by the United States, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Britain, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands and New Zealand said, “Let our message be clear: we call for an immediate halt to these unlawful attacks and the release of the detained ships and crews on board.” Illegally."

He added, "The Houthis will bear the consequences if they continue to threaten lives, the global economy, and the free flow of trade in the region's vital waterways."
