A local source in the district said that the Houthi militia launched artillery shelling with mortar shells on residential villages in urban areas of the Maqbana District, west of Taiz, and the bombing caused significant damage to citizens’ homes.
The source added that the Houthi bombing caused a state of fear and panic among citizens and residents, especially women and children.
