The General Electricity Corporation of Aden is preparing to launch the “Fatoretak” application in the coming weeks, which will provide subscribers with many services.

According to sources in the organization, through the application, subscribers will be able to identify consumer accounts via the consumer’s name or the subscriber’s account number, and the subscriber’s monthly data will appear, including consumption, consumption value, payment, and debt.

The sources explained that the application will enable subscribers to pay the monthly consumption value through the application itself using the subscribers’ financial accounts in public and private banks.

He pointed out that the application will save the organization the burden of billing and will overcome the bill not reaching the consumer.

This step comes within the framework of the organization’s efforts to develop the accounting system and facilitate dealing with subscribers.
