The Shabwa Land Authority launches an inspection and closure campaign for violating real estate offices

In implementation of the directives of Brother Awad Muhammad bin Al-Wazir, Governor of the Governorate and Head of the Local Council, regarding addressing violations in the plans of the city of Ataq, today the Shabwa Land Authority implemented a closure campaign for a number of violating real estate offices.
Brother Muhammad Saleh Al-Marzqi, Director General of the Shabwa Land and Urban Planning Authority, explained that the first day of the inspection campaign was launched on real estate offices in the city of Ataq and the closure of offices that violate the permits granted to them, noting that the campaign will include all offices in the governorate.
Al-Marzqi indicated that today a number of offices were closed in the city of Ataq, which was found to have a number of violations and was operating contrary to the permits granted to them, without referring to the competent authorities, led by the State Lands and Real Estate Authority.
Al-Marzqi stressed that the necessary measures will be taken for the violating offices, most notably the withdrawal of the licenses granted to them, calling on the various real estate offices to work in accordance with the contents of the permits granted to them and in coordination with the General Authority for Land and State Real Estate so as not to expose themselves to the legal issue..
