The Yemeni government, today, Sunday, strongly condemned the terrorist attack against the Shabwa Defense Forces in the Harib District, northwest of the governorate, which resulted in the death of two Shabwa Defense Forces members and the wounding of others.

The Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism in the legitimate government, Muammar Al-Eryani, said in a statement that this treacherous and cowardly terrorist attack confirms that the Iranian-backed Houthi militia is continuing its path of escalation despite calls and efforts for calm and peace.

Al-Eryani explained that the Houthi militia systematically targets civilians and civilian objects, and works to destabilize security and stability in Yemen.

Al-Eryani called on the international community and the United Nations to take serious measures to stop these terrorist attacks that threaten security and peace in Yemen and the region.
