Dr. Nasser Al-Khobaji, Head of the Assistant Political Body of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Head of the Negotiations Affairs Unit, received today, Wednesday, in his office in the capital, Aden, Dr. Salem Al-Shabhi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for the Population Sector, Dr. Jalal Baawdah, Assistant Undersecretary for the International Cooperation Sector, and Dr. Jalal Al-Zouari, Director of Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations at the Ministry.

Dr. Al-Khobaji listened to a brief explanation of the work progress of the Ministry of Public Health and Population and the efforts undertaken by all sectors in the Ministry.

The meeting discussed a number of difficulties and problems that need to be solved in order to be able to provide good medical service to the southern citizen.

During the meeting, Dr. Al-Khobaji appreciated the efforts being made by the Ministry of Health and Population to improve the health aspect, stressing that the Southern Transitional Council supports all efforts that would improve the general situation at all levels in the southern governorates.
