United States and British aircraft renewed their raids this evening on camps belonging to the Houthi militia in Saada Governorate, the group’s stronghold in northern Yemen.
Local sources reported that the raids targeted Houthi camps in the Al-Razzamat area, in Al-Safra District, in addition to other sites in several areas in Saada Governorate.
The sources indicated that these raids came hours after the US Central Command announced that its aircraft destroyed 6 anti-ship cruise missiles that were prepared to be launched on the international shipping line in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
Last night, American and British aircraft launched 30 raids on sites belonging to the Houthi militia in several Yemeni governorates, including Sanaa and Hodeidah.
These raids aim to pressure the Houthi militia to stop its attacks on the international shipping line, and to pressure it to engage in the political process.
