On Monday, American-British warships and fighter jets bombed coastal targets of the Houthi militia in Hodeidah Governorate, western Yemen.
Eyewitnesses said that military sites of the Houthi militia behind the Dreamland Park near the port of Hodeidah in the Dune area, west of the city of Hodeidah, were subjected to missile strikes from American-British warships and fighters.
According to the sources, the bombing resulted in casualties among the Houthi militia, who were transported via motorcycles to various hospitals in Hodeidah Governorate, while thick black smoke rose from the site that was targeted.
At dawn today, 5 military sites of the Houthi militia were subjected to a series of violent raids in the Hodeidah and Saada governorates, north and west of Yemen.
This is the latest round of American-British strikes on Houthi militia targets, and comes a day after the most violent round that targeted more than 13 targets with about 35 raids in the governorates of Taiz, Al-Bayda, Dhamar, Sana’a, Hajjah, Al-Hudaydah, and Saada.
On February 1 and 2, American and British fighters targeted Al-Jar farms in the Abs District, west of Hajjah Governorate, and Al-Jabbana Camp, located north of Hodeidah Governorate. The raids also extended to Saada Governorate, the stronghold of the coup plotters.
Since last January 12, American and British forces have launched air strikes as part of a military coalition aimed at curbing the capabilities of the Houthis and limiting their attacks against international shipping lines passing through the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden
