The father of the child Haneen Al-Bakri (Ibrahim Al-Bakri), who was killed in a painful crime in the capital, Aden, sent a letter to the judiciary, requesting that his daughter’s case be expedited and God’s law be implemented against the killer.
Al-Bakri said on his Facebook page:-
"Public Prosecution - Yemen"
To Judge Ali Al-Awash
We hope that you will expedite the Hanin case file and implement God’s law of retaliation..
By God, there is nothing different.
Hanin died on the night of last Eid al-Adha as a result of being shot by a gunman following a collision between her father’s vehicle and the perpetrator’s vehicle. The crime aroused the feelings of the citizens of Aden and the south, due to its ugliness, against an innocent child, while the case remained in the corridors of the courts between the issuance of a death sentence. The perpetrator, and appeals submitted by the perpetrator’s lawyer, and the case is currently before the Supreme Court, and the date of issuance of the final ruling is not known.
