A tribal sheikh was killed, on Tuesday, by the bullets of one of his relatives in Al-Jawf Governorate, which is controlled by the terrorist Houthi militia supported by Iran.
Tribal sources said that Askar Hassan Muhammad Jarish, one of the most prominent sheikhs of the Marana district in Bart Al-Marashi district, was killed by his cousin in mysterious circumstances, without revealing the motives for the crime.
She indicated that some of the Houthi leaders and their collaborators may be involved in the assassination, as part of a plan to destabilize and stir up strife among the tribes in the governorate.
The Houthi militia is committing numerous violations and crimes against sheikhs and tribesmen in Al-Jawf and other governorates, and is trying to impose its control on the liberated areas adjacent to Ma’rib, Sana’a, and the Saudi border.
