The Director General of the Public Health and Population Office in the capital, Aden, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Muthanna Al-Bishi, yesterday morning, Monday, April 1, 2024 AD, in the library of the health building in the governorate, issued a decision appointing Dr. Bassam Muhammad Abadi as Deputy Director General of the Psychiatric and Neurological Hospital in Aden Governorate.

The text of the decision stated:

Administrative Circular No. (24) for the year 2024 AD.

For the sake of public interest, he decided:

Article (1): Brother/Dr. Bassam Muhammad Abadi, Deputy Director General of the Psychiatric and Neurological Hospital.

Article (2): Any previous assignment is cancelled.

Article (3): This circular shall be effective from the date of its issuance.

Article (4): This circular shall be circulated by the concerned party.
