The leader of the Houthis, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, announced on Thursday the expansion of the circle of operations, in response to the Israeli attack on Rafah.
Al-Houthi said: “With the Israeli aggression on Rafah, the fourth stage of escalation includes any ships of any company related to supplying or transporting goods to the enemy and to whichever destination they will go.”
He added: “Any ship that transported goods to enemy ports after the ban was issued will be a target for us anywhere we can reach.”
He continued: “We have the possibility of targeting in the fourth stage, and we are thinking about the fifth and sixth stages, and we do not have red lines.”
The Houthi leader indicated that "operations on the Yemen front continue to target American, Israeli, and British ships linked to the Israeli enemy."
He explained that the number of ships targeted reached 112 ships, highlighting that “the operations during this week included 10 ballistic and winged missiles and a drone.”
He added: “The number of operations during the month of Shawwal reached 25 operations, carried out with 71 ballistic and winged missiles and drones.”
