Today, Monday, June 3, 2024, the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militia held the funeral of the bodies of 15 of its officers, whom it said were killed by air strikes during the past days, without indicating the places of their killing.
The militia acknowledged the funeral of the 15 officers in the kidnapped capital, Sanaa, with a funeral ceremony after prayers over their bodies in Al-Saleh Mosque, and said that all of them were killed in air strikes carried out by American and British fighters during the past days.
The dead were among those who were given different military ranks by the militia, one of whom was with the rank of major and called “Ahmed Muhammad Al-Shawiqi,” and 10 were killed with the rank of captain, namely: “Hamad Mahmoud Al-Samawi, Moataz Nasser Al-Mubarazi, Abdul-Wahab Ali Radwan, Tawfiq Ezzi Salah, Ali Abdo Al-Kamrani, Nawaf Omar.” Bassa, Ahmed Ali Musa, Naji Hassan Hadi, Othman Abdullah Al-Muayyad, and Majid Abdullah Al-Qatf.”
As for the remaining four dead, they were those who were given the rank of first lieutenant, and they are: “Wasim Abdul Karim Al-Kashif, Nasser Juman Al-Maawali, Anwar Aziz Ardoum, and Najeeb Muhammad Al-Rashidi.”
The Houthi militia said that the deaths were caused by strikes by American and British fighter jets that carried out a series of air strikes on Houthi militia positions in Sanaa, while it did not specify the target location that killed fifteen of its officers.
