On Thursday, October 12, the people of the Jahran District in Dhamar Governorate, which is under the control of northern Yemen, found the body of a thirty-year-old young man, of unknown identity, in the Al-Mahjar area, specifically between the villages of Sana’a and Yafa’ in the Jahran District.
Local sources reported that residents found a young man hanged in a high-voltage electricity pole in the quarry area. He was not identified, and he did not have any documents or papers proving his identity.
The sources suggested that the young man may have been kidnapped to this area, and the kidnappers hanged him, then fled.
The governorates under the control of the militias are witnessing almost daily crimes and an increasing number of unidentified bodies and victims of murder by hanging.
